McKnight Development has big plans for Dallas
McKnight Development Co. is making a big bet on Dallas. The Oakland-based company paid $30 million for Park Central III and IV, an office complex totaling 740,500-square-feet, and plans to pump another $15 million to $17 million in capital improvements into the property. The two buildings are about 75 percent vacant but are geographically desirable since they are located near Dallas' soon-to-be completed High Five interchange, the Dallas Business Journal, a sister publication, reported.
